Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, Nolan moved to the coast in 2009 and has developed extensive knowledge of the amenity-rich communities throughout the Wilmington and Brunswick County areas. With years of experience helping buyers and sellers, he has guided clients through everything from building custom homes, 1031 exchanges, to purchasing 2nd homes and investment properties.

As the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Carolina Plantations Real Estate, Nolan is passionate about helping both his clients and team of brokers succeed. He takes pride in sharing his knowledge of the local market, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Outside of real estate, Nolan enjoys spending quality time with his wonderful and patient wife and their two energetic boys. He remains dedicated to helping others discover their own slice of paradise along the beautiful North Carolina coast!
