Nolan is from Winston Salem, NC and moved to the beach in 2009. He joined Carolina Plantations in 2009 and learned all about the various communities in the coastal area. Over the years he has helped many clients from building their home, to purchasing investment property and everything in between! He loves spending time with his wonderful and patient wife and his 2 fun boys when not helping his clients accomplish their real estate goals. In 2023 he acquired Carolina Plantations Real Estate and is looking forward to continuing helping clients discover their own slice of paradise at the coast of NC!
