The frame is structural steel with 6'' Square tubing post that have 6''x 11'' steel bottom plates bolted 18'' deep into the concrete with 5/8'' hook bolts as per the foundation plans. The slab is 6'' thick poured over a raised and compacted crushed rock bed with 4' x 4' x 2' deep footings for each post. The building design is certified by a NC Professional Engineer and has a 143 mph Wind Speed rating. His stamp is on the plans.
The slab was designed by Kenneth H. Lacy, Professional Engineer in Cape Carteret. His stamp is on the foundation plans.
All copies of the engineered plans for the foundation and building as well as the septic drain field will be left inside the building on the table. Also the design plans for the components of the building structure as well.
There is a copy of the floor plan for the mezzanine. It is to have a 3/4'' plywood subfloor then framed on that. Seller leaving new in the box septic pump.
